Looking for a sandy, clear, shallow beach? Look no further! Swim out to our floating dock. Our waterfront cottages have been renovated and available all year round. Sit on the beach or go fishing off the dock. We are close to walking and bike trails. Just across the street is the LCBO with groceries and also Orr Lake Golf Course with a restaurant/patio. A 10 min drive to Mount St. Louis / Moonstone, 25 mins to Snow Valley. 20 mins from Vetta Spa!!
In the winter months, skate on the lake, go ice fishing, we're a short drive to multiple ski slopes! Bring your snowmobile; there are lots of trails in the area.

THE COTTAGES
Located on the shores of Orr Lake, once sat an abandoned resort that was just waiting to be restored. Jennifer and Blaine Squires had a vision and took the leap to open their private resort in 2022. The property is almost one acre in size with 200 feet of sandy, shallow waterfront. This makes it the perfect spot for swimming or lounging on the beach while watching the kiddos play.
All five original cottages have been revitalized with brand new EVERYTHING! It truly is a must see!
IN THE AREA
Just across the street is Orr Lake Golf Course with a bbq restaurant / patio. There are trails for snowmobiling, hiking, dirt biking within walking distance.
We are 20 mins from all the amenities that Barrie and Orillia has to offer. Just 15 minute from Midland.
Plenty of attractions, activities, restaurants, pubs and grocery stores all within a short drive!
